After months of ferocious, even feverish debate – and way, way too much coffee and cake – we’ve settled on our top 10 countries, top 10 cities, top 10 regions and best places to get a tattoo for the coming year.
How did we choose them? Perhaps it’s because they’re undeniably up and coming. Maybe there is something special in store for them in 2013. Or perhaps we just…love them to bits and want to shout it from the rooftops.
